We change a table for work not only sitting, but also standing
I finally decided to work sitting-standing, thanks to numerous sources recommending a change in operating mode. My option, in my opinion, is one of the most economical. Let's get started.
It was bought:
For the money came out 3000 rubles.
The DNS 3702 bracket was needed only for the second base plate, on which the monitor bracket is hung. Here she is.

Preparation can be considered processing the profile pipe from rust with sandpaper, then galvanizing, primer and, finally, painting.
The principle of action is as follows. The profile pipe is inserted into an existing hole in the table and fixed to the side walls of the existing table with M8 bolts. Wooden bars are also used. In this part, it would be possible to make it easier if you cut the hole on the countertop yourself and fasten the profile pipe directly to the side walls of the table.
On the profile pipe, support plates are hung on the M6 bolts (see photo below) to secure the monitor bracket at two heights. The first for mounting the monitor at eye level in a standing position, the second in a sitting position. The disadvantage is that you need to accurately hang the bracket, because in the future it will be difficult to redo the installation height.
Actually, this is how it looks in isometry and with real dimensions.

And below is an add-on for the table itself

. I intend to take photos of the actual implementation a little later.
I plan to use a cardboard box 60x30x40cm (WxDxH) as the supporting plane for the keyboard and mouse. The whole process of transition from a sitting-standing position I think will take no more than a minute. And it consists in manually transferring the bracket with the monitor from the Base plate 2 to the Base plate 1, as well as taking a cardboard box and putting the keyboard with the mouse there.

Deviations from the plan are as follows:
- The support plates were screwed onto 2, not 3 bolts;
- The profile pipe was also screwed onto 2, not 3 bolts.
