A new and obvious word in cardio clothing - Kickstarter raises funds for a diode heart rate monitor

An interesting and necessary project was launched on Kickstarter, which gives instant feedback, showing which cardio zone you are currently working in - Cardiglow.

The project was created from "existing" working options at the junction of smart clothes, sports wearable electronics and safety technologies for athletes.

Conventionally, heart rate monitors are divided into several "types" of demonstration. Breast sensors, such as Runtastic , Polar , which are paired with the application, and then the athlete needs to have a smartphone with him, where he can watch data in real time.

Similar, chest sensors + watches, when the pulse is sent to the wrist, and it can also be seen in real time, as an example - Sigma. And optical, such as Mio Alpha or Fuse , which are not dependent on the chest belt. Moreover, each of these heart rate monitors shows numbers that need to be quickly interpreted and conclusions made.

Cardiglow - shows the zones with a simple and understandable indication, which means that in order to quickly understand in which zone of the pulse the training is taking place, you do not need to have a smartphone on hand, you do not need to have a watch on your wrist, you do not need to figure out the numbers on the go. It is necessary - just to be able to distinguish colors.

    Sensor itself: The

device will be paired with an application where you can adjust the brightness and intensity of the signals, than to extend or shorten the battery life.

Such illumination also ensures safety during training in the air at night, letting people know about your presence, for example, during an evening or too early run.

Considering that at the moment there is no lack of heart rate sensors, smart clothes , or reflective safety features, the project has not yet taken off, but the campaign will continue for almost a month. The cost of such a device is $ 89.
