Luxor 2: the world's first autofocus flashlight

On Kickstarter replenishment: a new campaign to raise funds for a new type of flashlight, Luxor 2 with autofocus. The flashlight has already collected much more than is required, more precisely, four times as much. It was planned to raise $ 25,000, and already raised more than $ 100,000. And after all, Kickstarter users are right - the project is really interesting.

This is the second version of the flashlight, the first also raised funds on Kickstarter, and users were very pleased with it. In the first version, the user himself needed to focus a beam of light using a button (from 12 to 270 degrees - very good). Now the developers decided to go further and build in the device autofocus. Just imagine how convenient it is: if you need to look at something close up, or if something is located at a distance, the flashlight itself will adjust the focus, forming a beam of light as it is needed now.

It all looks something like this:

If desired, the focus of the flashlight can be controlled independently, without "autopilot". You never know, perhaps the user wants to control everything on their own.

In this case, the structure of the light beam is formed optimal for the human eye.

Plus, you can control the beam width without a button, just by turning your wrist, you can compress a beam of light or expand it.

The flashlight is also equipped with a display on which you can view a large amount of information, including battery charge, current brightness, operation mode and more.

Inside the flashlight are 7 ultra-bright Cree LEDs with a total brightness of 850 lumens. With a minimum beam width, the light “hits” 210 meters.

The battery inside is quite capacious, 5000 mAh. The flashlight is not afraid of water, dust, or shock. Probably, if you throw it from the 10th floor onto concrete, then the flashlight will no longer work. But the flashlight is not afraid of the usual fall to the ground or asphalt (and the fall may be in a puddle).

    How much is this miracle?

Now the cost of a flashlight is about $ 79, for those who pre-order in advance. After the release of Luxor 2, its price will be $ 149.

Note: Luxor 2 is a flashlight that is not yet on sale. There is no flashlight in the assortment of Dadget.
