Unkillable Syma D63 for $ 15
Start
(the name of the film Inception was translated in the Russian box office, but now it’s not about him)It all started when I went to the store for bread. More precisely for grapes. In general, I now have a Syma D63.
I liked it so much that I decided to write a short review, especially since this is a novelty and I am probably one of the first geektimes readers who have this quadrocopter. My wife, by the way, also scored a full basket of products not on the list, so that the score is 1: 1.
Packaging
Cool packaging. Actually because of her and bought it. There are various combinations of primary colors of the case and buttons on the remote control. I chose orange with black. It's not about patriotism, but simply because I like it that way. In the photo, the box is already empty, but in the store it was full, despite
The culprit of the interrogative views of the wife and the joyful cries of her son
I will not pull. It looks like this:
Good motors. 6 axis gyro. Stable flight. Politically correct black and white screws and color illumination help immediately see the orientation of the drone. Around is a light basket that makes the quadrocopter almost immortal, if you do not hit it with a hammer, bite it, throw it into acid or send it to the Sun. In addition, the basket allows him to have fun riding on the floor, walls and ceiling, which makes the child, father and dog even happier.
Little. Skolkovo would be proud of this:
PS I don’t have a dog.
Remote controller
This is far from Apple, it does not have voice control, but there is this:
The remote control is full-sized. 4 batteries. 4.5 channels. 2 speeds. Flips. Great sticks with rubber pads. Very high quality plastic and assembly. The control distance typical for small models is about 30 meters:
Nutrition
Not. I'm not talking about grapes. Battery 3.7V Li-Po. Removable from housing without covers and screws. Charges in 45 minutes. Empty for 6:
Classic USB charger:
There is a cool opportunity to charge the battery from a remote control that has its own USB port. At the same time, you won’t be able to charge the phone from the remote control - you can burn both the remote control and the house:
When charging is complete, the light comes on. A trifle, but nice:
PS I don’t have my own house either. And no, I did not try to charge the phone with the remote control.
Spare parts
Four screws, basket sleeve and steel axle:
