Website of electronic petitions to the President of Ukraine

Most recently (August 28, 2015) the site of electronic petitions was opened to the President of Ukraine .

And I want to draw the attention of the wide IT community to several petitions regarding IT in Ukraine: I
propose to consider these petitions, give them constructive criticism and possibly come up with new ones.
