According to the SBA Music Publishing, Rostelecom used the song Song 2 in the advertisement of the zabava.ru portal, and NTV showed the advertisement on the air. The plaintiff demanded to recover 3.5 million rubles from Rostelecom and 0.5 million from NTV, and also to place a court decision on the main page of the advertised site, where it should hang for seven days.
