Sales of Tesla electric vehicles in Michigan still banned

A few days ago , news was posted on Geektimes that Michigan might ban direct sales of Tesla electric vehicles. And since this company does not use dealer networks, then we are talking about a complete ban on sales of electric vehicles.
Michigan Governor Rick Snyder signed the bill, which has now become law. We are talking about law 5606, which was actually supposed to limit the profit of dealers (a percentage of sales), but after adding a couple of paragraphs, this bill became a threat to Tesla in Michigan.
The governor himself made a speech in which he said he urged politicians to review legislation related to car sales. Despite the governor’s verbosity and eloquence, the fact remains that Tesla’s sales in Michigan will now be stopped.
As mentioned earlier, similar laws are now being developed by other states, including Texas, Arizona, and Virginia. In addition, even earlier, Tesla had to sign an agreement with car dealers from Ohio, the essence of which is the obligation of the manufacturer of electric cars not to open additional salons for the sale of their cars. So Elon Musk will have to work hard before all these problems can be solved.
