During the third day of the seminar, it was about how to release inner strength . The fourth day of the Unleash The Power Within workshop with Tony Robbins was entirely dedicated to health and energy. The focus was on 12 basic principles of dynamic life : the power of pure energy. In this review, I am going to tell you about these important principles and how much influence they can have on your life.
The main factor in the formation of the highest quality of life is energy. Your health is the most important point, but during periods of constant stress, we often neglect even the most important. To rise to a new level , you need to devote yourself to leading a more energetic and healthy life.
In the United States alone, 2/3 of the population is overweight, 25 million people suffer from diabetes, and half the nation is forced to take prescription drugs due to health problems. These difficulties do not have a “momentary” solution; only the introduction of a new philosophy that leads to health and consistent care for your body will help to cope with them.
One of the things Tony Robbins mentioned at the event seemed interesting to me: the first obstacle stopping people in life is fear, and the second is LACK OF ENERGY. Think about it ... without energy, you will not take any action and will not apply what you have learned.
Energy is not only the basis of existence, but also the fuel that makes everything in our life real and possible.
During the fourth day, the training was mainly taught by Joseph McClendon III, and Tony Robbins appeared only on video.
Health philosophy
First, let's ask an extremely important question: what is health?
The World Health Organization defines health as follows:
“Health is a state of ideal physical, psychological and social well-being, and not just the absence of diseases or physical disabilities”
At the Free Your Inner Strength workshop, Tony Robbins defined optimal health in one word: ENERGY.
This begs the following question: where does the energy come from?
The answer is: from our cells.
Our bodies are made up of trillions of cells that are the foundation of human life. There are 3 things that cells need, not only for survival, but also for well-being.
1. Oxygen
Oxygen is the source of all energy in the body. But it is she who launches metabolic processes such as absorption (absorption), waste removal, respiration, blood circulation and digestion.
2. Water
Water is the most common substance in the body. It is used for the breakdown of other substances, for their distribution and osmosis, and is also the medium in which chemical reactions proceed.
3. Ability to get rid of toxins
During the event, many studies were conducted based on the teachings of Dr. Otto Warburg on cell respiration, Dr. Harry Goldblatt on cell destruction with a lack of oxygen, and Dr. Alexis Carrell on the ability of cells to live forever. All these studies belong to Nobel laureates and are documented.
Further, the main medium that delivers oxygen and nutrients to the body is blood. Being a “river of life", it transports oxygen and nutrients to body tissues and removes waste.
The main medium for removing toxins from the body - that is, providing one of the basic needs of the cells - is the lymphatic system. It works in close collaboration with blood circulation, purifying the intercellular fluid, returning it to the blood, destroying toxins that enter the body. Lymphs in your body are three times more than blood.
The circulatory and lymphatic systems are responsible for the life support of the body.
The true source of disease
The cause of the ailment is the accumulation of toxins in the bloodstream. Our body knows how to get rid of toxins, but if they accumulate more than it can remove, our well-being worsens, or the development of the disease begins.

The disease is a cure.

Gift 1: The benefits of dynamic breathing and lymph movement
As mentioned above, oxygen is the source of all the energy of the body and the urgent need of our cells. We can live without food for several weeks, without water for several days, but without oxygen our life will end in a matter of minutes.
To maintain health, optimal cell oxygenation is absolutely essential, which cannot be achieved without proper nutrition, adequate fluid intake, exercise, and stress management.

Most people breathe shallowly. When you experience stress or experience certain emotional states, your breathing algorithm gets confused. Superficial breathing can even lead to a heart attack. Also, its consequences can be panic attacks or anxiety.
But it's not only that. The lungs and the lymphatic system are one of the mechanisms for removing waste from our body. What is interesting: for pumping blood there is a motor (called the heart), but the lymphatic system does not have it.
The only way to stimulate it is through deep diaphragmatic breathing.
That is why it is so important to perform daily breathing exercises that will boost your lymphatic system, or use something like a springboard (mini-springboard), which I practice during morning exercises.
The key is to breathe deeply with your diaphragm. One simple exercise that you can apply is: inhale for 4 counts, hold your breath for 16, and then exhale for 8. Use a ratio of 1: 4: 2 several times a day to clear the lymph.
Gift 2: Benefits of life-giving water and raw foods
Water is the main component of the body. Our brain consists of it by 76%, lungs - by 90%, and blood plasma - by 98%. Important processes such as digestion, blood circulation and excretion cannot occur without water. It delivers nutrients to all substances vital to the body, plays a key role in maintaining body temperature and helps to create the components necessary for development and recovery.
Tony Robbins talks about a man named Dr. Batmanghelidge, who wrote the book “Your Body's Many Cries For Water” and tells how he managed to treat his patients in an Iranian prison using only water.
If you are thirsty or dry in your mouth, then you are REALLY dehydrated and should drink water immediately.
How much water do you need?
Every day you should drink at least half its own weight in ounces (1 ounce = 30 ml). So, if you weigh 90 kg, then you should drink 3 liters of water per day. Ideally, you need to do at least a sip of fluid every 15-20 minutes. Yes, part of my morning routine is this: when I wake up, the first thing I drink is a lot of water, because at that very moment the body is dehydrated the most.
This is what interested me: if you are hungry, you should first have a drink and concentrate on breathing. In many cases, the body lacks fluid and oxygen. And after such a procedure, hunger often subsides.
Another important aspect of this principle is the use of PRODUCTS containing water, such as raw vegetables, fruits and herbs. Your diet should be at least 70% watery in order for your body to cleanse itself. In the average American diet, only 15% of the dishes are saturated with water, which can be considered suicide. If your diet has less than 70% of “wet” foods, then you clog your body, not cleanse it.
Gift 3: Benefits of Essential Oils
The presence of essential fatty acids in the diet is the key to our health. They are necessary for the normal functioning of each cell, especially the brain, which is 60% fat. Most consider fat to be harmful and do their best to get rid of it, but the truth is that certain fats are good for us, and we need to get them daily.
Such “good” fats are made up of essential fatty acids - omega-3 and omega-6. These components are necessary for your body to survive, because without them, the lipid membranes surrounding the cells begin to break down.
Essential fatty acids are essential for the functioning of cells, tissues and organs. They increase the rate of oxidation and metabolism. Energy levels increase, increasing vitality and reducing recovery time.
