Why you need to visit Novosibirsk AngelHack?

About four years ago, the organizers of the AngelHack hackathon called me to their experts. Since then, I have been using all legal means to announce this event. For example, the blog of the company Voximplant. In this post you will find three reasons why you should visit the hackathon. The closest by dates (but, to be honest, not by distance from Moscow) will be held May 28-29 in Novosibirsk .

Reason Number 1: No Thematic Limitations

If you have long nurtured the idea of ​​an application that the world needs, but did not have time to implement it, then you simply must take the opportunity - and visit the hackathon. There are no subject restrictions on AngelHack. If you want - make software on the topic of biomedicine, if you want - implement WebRTC using Voximplant in the finished application (fortunately, I will advise everyone on the site), if you like - they drank bots for your company or university (recently in the States they just wrote “teachers” , to save the nature-created professor from having to answer stupid standard questions).

In order to somehow restrain the creativity of the participants, there is only one limiting factor - this is time. Traditionally for hackathons, 24 hours for everything.

Reason number 2: Cool experts

Personally, I always consider such events as an additional opportunity for networking. That is why (spoiler!) I put cool prizes in third place, and not in second. Not every day there is an opportunity to meet with experts from Beeline and Google. Experts who are at arm's length (well, almost) will be happy to help you and answer your questions.

Reason Number 3: Great Opportunities

The Russian stage of the hackathon is held successively in Innopolis, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg and Moscow - each such event attracts more than 100 participants, many of whom come to each city to participate several times. The organizers offer cash prizes as well as a huge amount of geek glands, such as chromecast consoles and “Bkon” beacons. And the main prize is a trip to Silicon Valley for the final of AngelHack, which will bring together winning teams from all over the world.
