Over 1 billion active Apple devices worldwide

Apple said it has 1 billion active iPhone, iPad, Mac, iPod touch, Apple TV, and Apple Watch devices. This data was obtained by tracking devices that used the services of the company over the past 90 days.

Compared to last year, the number of active gadgets has grown by 25%.

During the first quarter of fiscal 2016, Apple sold a record 74.8 million iPhones, 5.3 million Mac computers and 16.1 million iPads.
