Deutsche Telekom, which is the controlling shareholder of the US telecommunications giant T-Mobile, plans to file a complaint with Google with the European Commission, Nytimes reports . This is not the first time that Deutsche Telekom has filed a complaint against Google - previously the company has already complained about how Google works with its search service.

Now, Deutsche Telekom plans to initiate a review of Google’s mobile operating system. More precisely, ways to promote the Good Corporation, products like Google Maps and other "native" applications for Google will be considered. According to Deutsche Telekom, Google is abusing its capabilities, possibly violating antitrust laws of European countries.

According to Gartner analytic agency, Android now works on more than 80% of the total number of mobile devices in the world. Accordingly, Google has significant advantages over its competitors, allowing them to promote their services around the world. Other companies, including Oracle, Nokia, and Aptoide, have filed complaints about the corporation.

As for Russia, here Google has already recognizedguilty of violating antitrust laws. Thus, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia demanded that Google eliminate the violation of the Law on Protection of Competition by November 18. This requirement concerns the abuse of a dominant position in the market of pre-installed application stores in the Android OS. According to the requirement of the regulator, the terms of cooperation with manufacturers of mobile devices must be changed - the obligations of partners to install third-party applications should be removed from the contract.
