    Always specify deadline tasks. Moreover, both to someone and to herself. And very clearly explain the requirements from the very beginning.

    Plain paper diary. I tried Jira, Trello, but some of them are without a soul.

    What do you listen to when you work?
    In my opinion, listening to something during work - music or, I do not know, a jackhammer - I can afford creative people. If the result of your work is a text or a certain document, you can listen only to your thoughts.
