Yii 1.1.17

The Yii MVC PHP team released version 1.1.17. You can pick it up either through Composer, or download it from yiiframework.com/download/ .

This release has 36 fixes and improvements. A complete list can be found here .

Important : The release includes a compatibility-breaking change in working with the APCu cache. If using it, read the instructions .

The main improvements of this release are as follows:

- Compatibility with PHP 7.
- CHttpRequestLearned how to parse JSON in requests with type application / json.
- Implemented StatePersister working with the database.
- The autoloader no longer swears on non-existent classes in namespaces, which allows other loaders to work out.
