We have repeatedly touched on this topic before. More recently, DatacenterKnowledge reporters talked about plans to expand the underground data center, which also uses Netflix.

The company plans to increase the data center area by 5 thousand square meters. Sounds great. The general goals of the company are also consistent with this.
Its owners are 25 US regional operators. Their specialization is the delivery of content to remote corners of the country. The goal is to become an alternative to the "satellite".
Today, this data center is essentially a distribution hub to which the largest operators from AT&T to Verizon are connected. Its unique location and underground construction increase the level of resistance to weather anomalies, which cannot but please large customers.
Whether Netflix will remain in this data center is a big question. Let's see how the situation will develop.
