The new issue of the magazine "In the Cloud. Russian Federation"

Dear friends! Dear colleagues!

We hasten to inform you that the second issue of the magazine “In the Cloud. Russian Federation” has been released. The theme of the issue is “Infrastructure as a Service: Empowerment”.

We tried to collect materials in this issue regarding various problems of creating, maintaining and even minimizing infrastructure in the cloud. Experts from IT and business, as well as customers and users of the IaaS cloud service, shared their opinions on various topics (legal, economic, theoretical, technical, applied).
