Features 3CX WebMeeting
3CX WebMeeting is a plug-in for IP-PBX 3CX Phone System which allows you to organize video conferences in the browser via Web-RTC. Client side must have Google Chrome v.35 or higher installed. Let's look at the setup procedure and the basis of the functionality of 3CX WebMeeting.

Enabling WebMeeting on side 3 of the CX Phone System
For any commercial version of the 3CX Phone System, conferences for 3 participants are available for free. With the demo key, this functionality is closed.
1. Activate the license

2. Assign a portal administrator from PBX subscribers. The Webmeeting portal will be created automatically, as a subdomain of 3CX.EU

3. Indicate the subscribers to whom the videoconferencing functionality will be available.

Creating a 3CX Webmeeting
Conference The initiator of the conference must install 3 CX Phone For Windows . This "native" softphone 3 CX, is free.
4. In 3CXPhone for Windows, click on the "Conferences" icon.

6. Select “Scheduled Web Meetings” to add the conference to the schedule or “Create Web Meeting” to start immediately.
7. Next, click "Join".
8. When connected, Google Chrome asks for permission to use the camera and microphone. Click "Allow."
9. A special plugin will be installed for Chrome. It is required for screen sharing and browser sharing.

Share Screen
With this item you can publish the entire screen or a separate window (application).
Co Browse
This feature allows you to send a link from Google Chrome to other members.
1. Click "Co Browse" and select the page you want to share.
2. Locate the 3CX logo on the right side of the address bar.

3. Click on the 3CX logo and the link will be sent to all participants, the link will open in a new tab.
Note: When scrolling a page or clicking on links, this is not transmitted to other participants. To send a new link, click on the 3CX logo again.
React
In the React menu, each participant can express his reaction to the conference organizer.

Notifications (Flag)
Displays notifications from WebMeeting.
Participants
Displays a list of participants and their roles (Organizer, Participant). The organizer also acts as a moderator, i.e. can enable and disable:
video
audio
and chat
Chat
Displays text messages and the reaction of participants.
Main panel

This screen displays videos from participants and documents for general viewing.
Licensing and Pricing
This 3CX Webmeeting option comes with an annual subscription.
