3 out of 130. New Android tablets on Intel Atom

    In early June, Intel President Rene James, speaking at Computex, promised that 130 new Android and Windows tablets from leading manufacturers on the Intel platform will appear on the market this year. The first copies were presented there - all on Windows. And not even a month had passed before the announced Android models under the ASUS brand appeared on the shelves: ASUS MeMO Pad 7 , ASUS MeMO Pad 8 , ASUS Transformer Pad - 7, 8 and 10-inch tablets, the latter with an attached keyboard in the kit. Tablets come with Android 4.4 KitKat; their heart is the 4-core Intel Atom Z3745 processor (Bay Trail generation). The amount of internal memory - 16 GB, RAM - 1 GB. Amazon costs $ 149, $ 199, and $ 299, respectively.
