[case] How to clean up the bottom: 90 days from the mess to the project office
Not so long ago, we conducted a survey on problems in projects for our new program “Project Management Formula”. We received more than 600 answers that were distributed in the topics of working with the customer, job evaluations, deadlines, communications and other absolutely necessary design things.
The emotional mood of many comments turned out to be interesting. There was a clear feeling that many colleagues were unhappy with their reality. But at the same time they do not know how to change it for the better - and are extremely dissatisfied with it. Why the current reality is described by rather colorful epithets. The same survey was indirectly confirmed by a recent survey on methodologies .
We invited our project management expert Ivan Selikhovkin to the studio ( selikhovkin) and asked to share the story of putting things in order. As a result, Ivan told the story of how he and his colleagues, in steps of 90 days, led the company from chaos to a working project office. At the same time, not in the position of TOP manager. All changes went BOTTOM.
37 minutes about how a small team of enthusiasts went about their business in order to increase the number of successful projects of the company and make their life (and the life of colleagues) easier, more successful, manageable and more correct.
If this video gives the correct charge, we will be categorically happy. Have a good weekend!
PS If you help us with a survey on project problems , we will be separately grateful.
