But our regular customers, who have been working in the program for a long time, are large companies that have a lot of information and, in fact, we are incredibly happy with this "new thing". Figuratively speaking, if before the company responded to customer requests in the same way as an ordinary car drives on a city road, now it’s like a race car along a highway.
    Comments, Reminders and History of Changes in the Client Base
    Three excellent functions have appeared in the CRM module, in which the client base is maintained. This is a comment on the customer’s card, plus e-mail correspondence and reminders. Previously, correspondence was also stored in one place - in the task, but for each client it was necessary to create a separate task and then work in it, open it if you need to see something, now - comments on the client and correspondence are stored directly in the client’s card, no tasks need to be created. Reminders for comments on the client’s card are updating the brake system, the most important thing. Now you will definitely not forget who and when to call - a reminder will pop up at the right time.
