Right now, in my Subscription Center (which is to the right of the feed) I see this picture:

All the hubs in the "Telecommunications" section are checked, but the section itself does not make this checked.
This may indicate the existence of a secret telecommunications hub that is not open to free subscription.
Also, the inscription “6 new hubs” is visible in the Center, but if you click “Show settings”, you can see only “2 new” in the “Databases” section and another “3 new” in the “Miscellaneous” section, which indirectly confirms the conclusion from the previous one paragraph
Obviously, the thought seems to put a tick on the very section "Telecommunications"; but when I then click the “Save” button below, the checkmark is not saved: the next time you click on the “Show settings” link, a square is displayed in the place of this checkmark.
