Copyright: we must take the initiative in our own hands
Recently, more and more news has been heard about copyright, more and more articles appear on the hub, and the government is carefully tightening the screws.
I don’t know about you, but to me the statements of most copyright advocates seem very cynical. Judge for yourself: only a small part reaches the author of a book / film / game / article or any other intellectual property. Everything else settles in the pockets of intermediaries, who so vehemently protect the established system.
And so, some owners of intellectual property rights (IP) in Russia realized that the Internet is becoming the main market for IP, and the usual movie theaters / stalls with magazines are no longer a lot. What did they do? - decided to block distribution sites of the material, not to improve the quality of the material, not to provide platforms for its distribution on the Internet, but simply to block.
For example, abroad, the user has an alternative: download for free, or pay and get more convenient and easy access to the desired content (google play, itunes, etc.).
It becomes clear that if you create a platform in Russia, using which it would be convenient for the IT creator to spread his creation, bypassing intermediaries, and the user to use it.

So, I came up with the idea of a platform, and so as not to drag out a brief description of it:
It is an application and a site, similar to google play or itunes, but without reference to any platform and type of content. The application implements a library with content that can be obtained via torrent. The subscriber himself is distributed free of charge , however, if the copyright holder wants to receive money for it, the copyright holder can apply and prove that they have IP rights, after which the IP will be sold using the Pay What You Want (PWYW) model , when the user can pay so much how much it considers necessary (0p - free of charge), and all money will be charged directly to the owner of the IP.
Those. the application itself is more likely a wrapper for a torrent tracker, but with the possibility of legalizing content.
Why exactly the application? - due to the fact that, firstly, blocking the application is much more difficult, and secondly, the law does not provide for their blocking at all. And besides, as practice shows, it’s more convenient.
If everything is implemented correctly and people are attracted by the quality of access to the necessary content, this may force copyright holders to revise the rules of the game.
