Happy Farm Selects 8 Second Cycle Startup Residents for Internship in Silicon Valley
Happy Farm business incubator summed up the results of the two-month Ukrainian phase of its acceleration program for second-cycle startups-residents. On June 19, the International Incubator Board selected startups ready to take part in the second stage of the program - to go on an internship to Silicon Valley. Together with Happy Farm, the following second-cycle resident teams will leave for the United States:

The team’s trip to the Valley will take place in September this year. It will include Happy Farm's own demo events, meetings with mentors, a private dinner with investors, as well as a huge number of meetings and networking events.
In the Ukrainian phase of the Happy Farm acceleration program, which was held from May 20 to July 20, 12 startup teams from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Moldova took part . The program included about 500 hours of individual training sessions with international and national experts, 200 hours of English language and pitch sessions, 80 hours of training workshops, more than 80 hours of professional advice on legal, financial and PR issues. Each of the startups was assigned one or more members of the Happy Farm Board for individual counseling and mentoring support. More than 30 international mentors were involved in training startup teams , among them Gil Penchina (co-founder / investor of PayPal, Linkedin, Wikia),Mika Baldwin (CEO Graphic.ly, 500Startups mentor), John Gover (CEO Dialect Inc.).
On July 20, Happy Farm hosted the second-cycle Demo Day of startups , which brought together more than 200 investors, entrepreneurs and other guests from Ukraine and the CIS.
At the moment, the incubator is accepting applications from startups to participate in the third cycle . You can submit an application until August 28 at happyfarm.com.ua
