2013: Countdown to Rails 4
Closer is the moment when the fourth ordinal release of the Ruby on Rails framework is released. Quite a lot of information is already available, and you can start using most of the new functionality now so that the mass exodus to the new version does not become too painful (although the rails versioning policy does everything to make this process as smooth as possible).
