The site shortcutfoo.com is used to study and practice keyboard shortcuts in various programs. It is primarily aimed at developers - there are courses for learning Vim, Sublime Text, Emacs, TextMate, XCode, * nix console. Nice interface, nothing more, it is possible to create your own combination packages for training. It is somewhat inconvenient that it does not allow you to see the result of applying the commands, but only gives their textual descriptions, so this is more of an interactive cheat sheet than a full-fledged simulator. Nevertheless, there is the so-called drill mode, in which you need to type keyboard shortcuts from memory and speed.
