Process

Adding Thought Tasks

• the thought came up about “I need to do this”
• (if PC is at hand) Win-Q - a window for quickly adding a task - task text + deadline (also text) + the word "remind" to add an alarm at any time - the task fell into Inbox.
• (if you have a smartphone at hand) MLO widget - "+" icon - task text - Inbox.
• start synchronization with MLO CloudSync one by one so that all tasks are displayed on all devices

It helps not to forget anything.

Planning

• in free minutes, Inbox “spreads over branches” (contexts are inherited from parent branches, this is specified in the settings)
• tasks are assigned dates and times

Now that the dates, times and contexts are written down, you can safely rely on this system and be sure that you will not forget to do anything.
