Metro hub launched on MSDN

The good news from the MSDN team is that due to the great interest in the Windows Phone platform and the increased demand for designer resources, it was decided to launch a separate center on MSDN dedicated specifically to metro-design issues.

Links to the main video materials, guidelines and templates are already laid out. The plans include additional articles on selected design aspects for Windows Phone and Windows.
