Easier than it sounds. Chapters 6-7

“Easier than it sounds” is a business novel about what programmers are still capable of.

    6

“No, my friends, this will not work!” You feed me fairy tales for a year! Year! And the situation is only getting worse! 27% of deviations, almost a third of the warehouse does not correspond to accounting!

Kurchatov was furious, which rarely happened - he was surprisingly optimistic, educated and, as it seemed to Sergei, intelligent for the business owner. The owners of much smaller companies he had seen earlier were unlike prosaic.

“Do you understand what these deviations mean to me?” This is money, millions, of which I know nothing! Do you, Anatoly Pavlovich, know how much money you have in your wallet?

“Not a penny, but yes.” - answered Voronin, a former commercial, and more recently, the CEO of the company. He felt rather fearless in the issue under discussion, because could still call it the legacy of the past director.

    - And I imagine, I don’t know! When I ask, they tell me one figure, when we conduct an audit and recount, we get another. Do you understand what is going on? Someone comes into my wallet, takes what he wants, and drags to no one knows where! And I am only surprised at each revision - how this is possible, and how long this will continue. - blurted out Kurchatov.

There was an awkward pause, as is often the case at meetings on problems for which no one is directly responsible. Everyone sat and thought that all the words didn’t refer to him, but to the rest, and I’m doing fine, and I can prove it.

    - Such deviations still bring a lot of problems to sellers, Evgeny Viktorovich. - decided to break the silence Voronin. “They simply cannot answer customers the question of how much we can ship to them products or spare parts.” And this is important for customers, especially when it comes to spare parts - they need to repair equipment. Not enough for us - we will buy from competitors. The seller is forced to run to the warehouse every time and manually recount, and so - several times a day. Remember to multiply by the number of sellers.

“And add my suppliers to this list,” supported Vasily Ivanovich Lunin, procurement director. - They have no idea how much to order parts and materials from suppliers, because they do not know the remains of the warehouse. They also run and recount.

    - Colossal losses, you just think about it! Even elementary time can be calculated, which is spent on all this running around. While they go to the warehouse, they don’t sell, and they don’t buy, i.e. do not fulfill their basic duties. And you always tell me that the problem is finding new customers and market saturation! Yes, we are alive, our customers who came with money are losing because of such nonsense!

    - Now everything will be different. - continued after a moment of silence Kurchatov. “I will not tear you off until order is ensured.” The next year should bring radical, I repeat - radical changes in the work of the warehouse. Otherwise, in a year we will have to cover our company, as mediocre.

    - Well, it's not so scary, Evgeny Viktorovich, to close. - Voronin tried to smooth the sharp corner. - This is just a warehouse.

    - No, Anatoly, this is not just a warehouse, it is a mess, and at the very foundation! Do you think this is our only system problem? Are you all right in sales, supply, production? Also a mess, I'm more than sure! But the glaring problem with the warehouse simply hides the scale of the disaster from us, the rest is not so clearly visible.

“Listen, the thought has just reached me now,” Kurchatov continued. - Maybe you all benefit from having a mess in the warehouse to justify and hide their own problems?

    - No, of course, Evgeny Viktorovich. - Voronin immediately stood up for all. “We may not look at the problem as broadly as you, but now its importance is clear to us.” A project will be launched to put the warehouse in order, all the results will be reported to you regularly - I will personally report.

    - Who will lead the project? Kurchatov asked in a tired voice.

    - I propose to discuss this issue separately. - Voronin loved answering difficult questions in such a way as to spread aggression over time.

    - No, Anatoly Pavlovich, I demand to appoint a person in charge now, at this meeting, otherwise his result will be zero. New Year's Eve, you’ll all run into departments to prepare annual reports, then holidays, then you will consult, and the real work will begin only in February. Now, Anatoly Pavlovich, no matter how long it takes.

    - Alright, let's decide. It seems to me most reasonable to appoint a chief accountant, Valery Nikiforov.

    - With all due respect to Valeria, she already tried to solve the warehouse problem, and the numbers that we see are the result of her work. Then no. Valeria, no offense. Well, the annual reporting on the nose, until spring she will not have the opportunity to deal with this project.

    - OK I understood. Colleagues, can someone suggest his candidacy?

“And you yourself, Anatoly Pavlovich, do not want to try?” - Galina decided to participate.

    - No, Galina, I don’t have time for this, although I understand the importance of the project.

    - Yes, and he tried it when he was the commercial director. Kurchatov said with a sly smile. - This is some kind of unlucky project, who does not undertake - nothing comes of it. Perhaps here some kind of non-standard approach is needed.

    - I would try if there are no objections. - Valentina Petrova said quietly. - The task, of course, is not specific to the CFO, and I will need the help of the information technology department, and the warehouse services, but I can try.

“Well, I like that idea.” - Kurchatov said thoughtfully. - Only, Valentine, do not try, but do it. We need a clear plan, with deadlines and responsible, and tight control over the implementation. Colleagues, are there any objections?

All participants silently shook their heads.

    - Well, I'm glad that we spent time not in vain. Valentine, fill out all the necessary documentation for the launch of the project, it must be started before the New Year. Anatoly Pavlovich, I have full support from you, I want everyone to hear this: Valentina Vladimirovna Petrova has a full carte blanche for this project. This will be the project of the year, and I will talk extremely hard with any employee or manager who will fix obstacles. Only support, only help, only forward. - Kurchatov finished enthusiastically.

Inspiration was not required - all participants breathed a sigh of relief, and were ready to sign any regular carte blanche in order to return to their specific principalities as soon as possible.

    - Colleagues, thank you all, I propose to return to the performance of work duties.

    7

    - Damn, everyone will hang on us again. - Galina was clearly upset by the results of the meeting. - Petrova will only do what tasks to set, and do it to the IT department.

“So why didn't you take on the project?” - Sergei did not always understand what was needed and what wasn’t necessary to say at such moments. - Itself to itself, i.e. Stas and I set tasks, I would have reported to Kurchatov myself, I would have completed the project of the year, honor, respect, an increase in salary.

    - This project is beyond our competencies and areas of influence. - Galina either did not hear, or pretended, but Sergey’s irony clearly did not reach her goal. - If it was only automation there, I would have thought ...

    - If it was only a matter of automation, then you would not have to think - you would simply be assigned to lead this project. - Sergey made one more attempt.

“You think I don’t know this without you?” What are you trying to achieve again? I know without your jokes that I still have little experience in automation, but I am the boss, not you! Though gloating, though not gloating, we still have to do everything! It would help better, at least once in my life, and would not drip on my brain!

“That's what I’m doing, Galina.” Come on, confer with Petrova, write down tasks, set deadlines. In general, do your job, since you are the boss. And we will somehow get out of it, do it, give you peace of mind.

    - Tomorrow I will have a meeting with Kurchatov at the end of the year, and I will certainly raise a question about your behavior, I don’t have the strength to endure! .. I don’t need such a person in the team! Okay, I’d do something, otherwise I’ll be brainless! Seryozha knows everything, Seryozha knows everything, all the fools except Seryozha. Crown on the head does not interfere? Who put you on her head at all? Who gave you the right to talk to me like that?

    - Galina, I'm talking to you normally. Just wanted ...

    - Yes, I do not give a damn what you wanted there! Get ready for a serious conversation with Kurchatov or Voronin!

“So you would have fired me for a long time, what are you messing with me?” Everything will be your way, pick up obedient fools, they will look like poodles on your hind legs into your mouth ...

    - I said everything, keep your complexes for yourself! - Galina rose sharply and left the office.

    - Fool damn it ... Wow, how lucky we are ... - Sergei's hands were trembling.

    - Hmm ... Here explain to me why this is all? Do you want to sit her? Why then swear with her? Do you think she will quit, quit and recommend you to her place? - began to lament Stas.

    - Yes, I do not know. Enrages, and all. I can’t explain it, it’s climbing straight out of me ...

    - Who put it into you so much that it crawls every day. - laughed Stas.

    - Come on, of course, finish off. I would support at least once, you’re all silent.

    - Stop-stop-stop, don't mess me up. I do not participate in your crusade. If you want to fly out of work, a tablecloth is a path, but I don’t want to, it’s normal for me here.

“Yes, you’re just like Leskov — don’t drop it, you’ll always land on your paws.” Okay, Stas, work, you have as many tasks as I remember. Suddenly, Galina will return and demand the next delusional results.

    - Yes, you go. I am your only friend on this planet, and you are arguing with some youthful absolutism, you are decorating the black and white world.

“Well, what am I wrong about?” Galina is not black, but green? I already explained to you what the matter is - you think that ...

    - Good, Serge, stop and calm down. Shut up. And I will work, and I advise you.

    - I will not, me already ...

    - Shh, silently.

    - Okay.

Stas turned to the computer, straightened up (somehow unnaturally, too straight), and began to actively open minimized windows and carefully read their contents. His whole appearance seemed to say: I am busy with an important and useful thing, and I like it.

Sergei, too, was thinking of working, but there was no mood. There was only enough effort to check the mail (there were no new messages) and launch an Internet browser and enter the social network. Fortunately, visiting social networks during working hours was not officially prohibited.

If there is a time machine in the world, then this is a social network. For free, almost without energy, she transferred Sergey to the future, 30 minutes ahead - and so that he himself did not notice anything. Only a notification of an incoming letter that popped up over all the windows made him distract and look at his watch, again to be horrified by his own helplessness in front of the geniuses of the modern Internet.

The letter was from Petrova - good news about the start of a project to clean up the warehouse. In addition to the objectives of the project, the implementation period and the composition of the team, there was nothing useful in the text. Galina was right - there was a note in the letter "I ask the IT department to pay special attention to this project by adjusting automation plans for the coming year."

“Yes, it seems the truth will hang on us.” - Sergey said thoughtfully.

    - And what kind of project is it in general? - Stas decided that the moment to continue the conversation came quite well.

“Put things in order at the warehouse.”

    - In terms of? Sweep the floors or what? - laughed Stas.

“Well, and only the IT department, in collaboration with the CFO, can handle this.”

“Do you need an automated broom?”

    - I don’t know, Stas. There deviations are large according to the results of the audit - the figures in the system are very at odds with reality.

    - They steal something?

    - It is unlikely that there is a theft. We do not have consumer goods, you can’t sell them on the market, and the client is the closest one thousand kilometers.

    - And then what is the reason for the discrepancies? Does the system somehow think so?

    - What can be counted incorrectly there, think it yourself? It’ll break a leg with the cost price, full scope for creativity, with these distributions of indirect costs, and in the warehouse, stupidly quantitative accounting, what can the program calculate incorrectly?

    - Well, you

never know, there is a mistake somewhere in mathematics ... - No, there is not mathematics, there is bare arithmetic. Only plus and minus, income and expense. We don’t even have any troubles, like retail or some kind of bakery or furniture production.

    - And what kind of troubles are there?

    - Weighted goods and materials, with inevitable errors. Or open, as in furniture, where ten blanks are cut from one board, each with its own dimensions. Livestock also has its own headache - you need to know how many chickens you have in your heads and tons. By the way, it’s funny there - hens can become more in the heads, but less in tons.

    - What is it like? From each cut off a piece or something?

    - No, they eat poorly, lose weight. The plumb line is called.

    - Well, to hell with them, with the hens.

    - You, as always, interrupt at the most interesting place. I also wanted to tell you about the blacksmith production, they immediately consider the quantity of metal in three units.

“Well, you’ll tell me another time.” We have something with a warehouse? What is the problem?

“I don’t know, and what matters to us?” What they say, then we’ll do it. Let Petrova understand.

    - It’s strange that the finance director was assigned, it seems to be there sideways ...

    - She volunteered, Kurchatov simply agreed.

    - And why not the chief accountant, for example? After all, its employees keep records, income, expenses, write-offs, audits, etc.

    - Kurchatov said that she had already tried, and she did not succeed. I did not want to give her a second chance.

    - Clear. Still, I wonder what the problem is, the Bermuda triangle

is just some kind of ... - Yes, the mess is simple, I think.

“Well, that’s how you can describe the cause of any problem, only the point.” Everywhere a mess, and no one knows what to do about it.

    - On the contrary, everyone knows - it is necessary to restore order. Well this is elementary. So Petrova wrote - we will put things in order.

    - Oh, now everything is clear. - Stas laughed again. - Once a mess, then you need to restore order. I can directly imagine - Petrova comes to the warehouse, and says: I demand to clean up!

    - Yeah, and everyone grabs onto brooms and rakes. That is all nonsense. No one knows how to clean up, because no one understands what the mess is. More precisely - where is the mess.

    - What is there to understand? In the warehouse a mess.

    - Come on? And what about the program in which the records are kept, is it related to the warehouse?

    - No, she’s kind of like a general. Well, or a draw.

    - Accounting keeps records, in the sense of introducing documents into the system, revenues and expenses. The pieces of iron in the warehouse are being carried by the storekeepers. Here you have two links that are not particularly interconnected, and there may be a mess in any of them.

    - There is another third link - the program code that we write. Can it also be a mess in it?

    - Well, let's assume that we can have a mess. Total three links.

    - There is still production, and sellers and suppliers - they all interact with the warehouse.

    - Moreover, not only with the warehouse as a link, but also with the rest - accounting and the program. There are many links, it turns out. There are others that we have not taken into account.

    - Yes, for example, technical control department, quality control department. They check the entire parish, and all products before shipment. And the iron is dragged into their closet for inspection. You never know, maybe not everyone returns.

    - Well, yes, not all - some are left in their sump if the parts are defective or there are no passports.

    - A nightmare, I feel sorry for Petrov. The mess can be in any part of this system. This is the same system, it turns out?

    - Well, yes, the system. It is called "Warehousing." And almost the whole company participates in it, one way or another. No, not that it directly participates, but influences. Large, complex system. As in systemic thinking, read about him?

    - No, but what?

    - I can give a book, if necessary. There just such an approach is promoted - to consider everything in this world as a system.

    - What's the point? What does it give? But in our case, how will this help?

    - Now, wait, I’ll remember ... Yes, there the main feature is that the system is not just a set of elements. Here we have listed the links, or company departments - these are elements. If you just look at them, then nothing is clear, because nothing happens to them.

    - I do not understand ... Everything is happening. The seller placed an order for shipment, the accountant wrote out the invoice, the storekeeper loaded everything onto the car, and you're done. This happens every day.

    - And what will happen if the seller writes out the order, but the accountant does not know about it?

    - Nothing, there will be no shipment. And at the meeting, the commercial director will yell that accounting does not allow him to sell.

“I don’t know yet, but now it seems clear why Petrova will not succeed?” How it did not work for Nikiforova and Voronin.

    - What, and Voronin tried? Not a project, but a public toilet, everyone was noted. - laughed Stas.

    - And how will they succeed if even you, a programmer, engineer, God of systems, do not see the very system here and do not understand the basic principles of its functioning?

    - Come on, well, I didn’t read smart books. Bring tomorrow, read on New Year's holidays. Although, everything that you said is kind of obvious and intuitive.

“But what's the point, is that clear?” Yes, and not a damn thing, in fact. One thing is clear - a mess. Even if Petrova says that inventory control is a system, this will not help, simply instead of “in the mess the warehouse” will be “in the mess”. But she does not know the principles of the functioning of systems?

“Doesn't know where from.” She manages finances.

    - Yes, it doesn’t matter what she controls there. Finance is also a system no less complicated than a warehouse. And, as a matter of fact, the whole company participates in the finance movement. After all, all applications are submitted when you need to buy something for the needs of the department?

    - Yes, by the way, we also need to make an application for the next month, Galina said.

    - Do not be distracted, Stas.

    - Okay, I get it. Petrova will not be able to restore order, because she does not understand that this is a system, and she does not know how to analyze and change systems.

    - Yes something like that.

    - And who knows how to work with systems?

    - Well, you and I can. We are only doing this.

    - We have other systems - programs.

    - Here you read the book - you will understand. It doesn’t matter if the program is either inventory control, or finance, or traffic, or the food chain of mixed forests. All these are systems, and the basic principles of their functioning are the same.

    - Are you talking about connections and elements?

    - Well, these are the most basic concepts, bricks, primitive entities from which the system is composed.

“What else is there?” More complicated.

    - Many things. For example, emergent properties.

    - What are properties? These are not connections, and not elements, but something third?

“Not really.” These are some characteristics that describe the system. A property can be an element, a connection, or something completely new.

    - And what does emergent mean?

    - Emerging. Such properties appear only when the system is working. If the system is stopped or turned off, then these properties will disappear, they will not be visible.

    - Well, it seems clear ... Is there an example?

    - Well, here is your computer. If you turn it off and sit down to describe what kind of system it is, what will you do? Monitor, case, keyboard, mouse.

    - I'll take a screwdriver and take it apart, see what's inside. At my first job, I was assembling computers.

    - Yes, make a list of all components, modules, drives, wires, wiring diagrams of elements ...

    - Will these connections be? I'm talking about wires.

    - Yes. Although, are they both elements and connections? Okay, let it be communication-elements, with their own characteristics, such as color, acceptable current strength, etc. Why don’t you see it while you are describing this system?

    - Yes, I’ll see everything, I’m attentive. I won’t miss anything, I’ll make it out to the cog.

    - You will not see that the computer is noisy at work. You won’t see a light on the front panel. You will not see what the monitor shows. You won’t know that you can listen to music and watch movies on your computer. You don’t even understand why you need a mouse, and whether it works. You don’t even know if the whole system works at all.

    - Something I didn’t understand ... Why don’t I understand all this? This is my computer, I know it like the back of my hand.

    - And if I bring you a computer from home, and you, not including, try to answer all questions about it?

    - I won’t answer everything, but I’ll tell you what a mouse is.

    - And she works, or not - you will not say.

    - Well, yes, perhaps. What follows from this? You can not draw conclusions about the computer, not including it?

“You cannot understand a system without observing it in action.” A lot of properties - both connections and elements - appear only in a working system. In the off, stopped state of the system, these properties are not visible, they are not. These are the emergent properties of systems.

    - And as for the warehouse, what does this mean?

    - This is another argument in favor of the fact that Petrova will not succeed. She just won’t go to the warehouse, she’ll look at most once — today, probably. She will build her judgments about the system by looking at her description - something that people will tell her.

    - Oh, they are telling something ...

    - That's it, and everyone will tell different things. The accountant is one, the storekeeper is another, the second storekeeper is the third, the seller is the fourth, and so on. But the real state of the system is not equal to any of these stories.

    - Because none of those in the system understands this real state?

    - Yes, just like Petrova herself. She will simply choose the version that she likes best. I think the one where accounting will be to blame for everything, because Petrova does not like Nikiforova, and wants accounting to be subordinate to the financial service.

    - Wait, because people just know about the emergent properties of the system, they see these properties every day, because they work in this system.

    - Listen, this is a cool remark!

    - Yes, I'm generally a cool guy, please, if that!

    - No you did not understand. Somehow, on a subconscious level, I considered the emergent properties of systems to be something good and correct. It seems like they are a real system, they are more important than anything else, they need to be known and understood first of all.

“So it follows from your reasoning that emergent properties are the most important.”

    - Yes, they are important for understanding the system. No, not so ... That's it, got it! Not properties are important in themselves, but knowledge of them is important! And not in order to preserve, improve or protect these properties! More precisely, not always for this. Sometimes - in order to throw them away!

    - Oh how!

    - Well, you know, all sorts of stories of implementation projects there are teeming with such emergent properties - for example, about hidden leaders and their influence. You sit, design a system, invent everything, put everything on the shelves, everything fits together, and then bam! The system is not being introduced! People do not work in it, leaders do not look at it, an Italian strike is organized. Formally, everything is according to the rules, but in general - it does not work. You dig, understand, try to understand, and accidentally find out that a certain Uncle Kolya is against it! It doesn't matter for what reason. And Uncle Kolya is an authority, he is respected, he is listened to, and he says that this is all nonsense, guys, just bear it, now the bosses will be pampered and left behind.

    - Uncle Kolya - an emergent property?

    - Yes, the real one. Not Uncle Kolya himself, but his influence together - communications, authority, influence. And until you throw it out of the system, it will not take off.

    - And how to throw it away?

    - In different ways, depending on the situation. Sometimes you don’t even have to throw it away - just make it your ally so that the emergent property ceases to negatively affect the system and begins to influence positively. Then the real, living system will become more like the one you came up with in your thoughts. Well, a successful result will become closer.

    - Yeah ... It turned out a bit complicated ...

    - On the contrary, it's simple. You draw your own, correct, ideal version of the system. Then you look at the real system, you look for unaccounted for properties. For each, you come up with a solution - either adapt your system to it, or work on eliminating this property so that it does not exist in the system. All.

    - Well, if everything was so simple, would there be difficulties with this warehouse? If you do not mention smart books on system thinking, then the algorithm you described is just common sense, and so the changes are made in the systems.

    - Oh? Are they doing it right?

    - Well, in general, yes.

    - Yes, it’s not so. They create a description of the system in the form of processes and instructions, say “work like this”, and when there is no result, they drop out, justifying themselves with resistance, sabotage, or simply the incompetence of the performers. Because they do not understand, do not accept this resistance, as part of the system. They have in their head a separate system, separate people and their resistance.

    - Or the second option. - After a short pause, added Sergey. - They do not create any image of the correct system, but only look at life as it happens there, and take their observations as a basis. In this case, the system turns out, only it does not achieve the goals - after all, it was created in order to change something? But in the end, they didn’t change anything - they just made a system equal to life.

    - Something I do not recall such systems ...

    - They used to meet often in automation, when a programmer sat next to people, asked to tell how they work, and created a system based on their words. In fact, such automation did not make any changes to the system, only slightly accelerated routine actions, removing manual calculations and pieces of paper.

    - But then took into account all emergent properties?

    - Yes, and therefore was successful ... No, it was considered successful. No one resisted, everyone quietly switched to new technologies, but the essence, as well as the results, remained the same. These were systems for people, not for business. Such a social automation. Like, I don’t know, raising pensions, for example. People are happy, praise the government, and zero sense from the point of view of the state.

    - Well, like zero ... Support is growing, it will come in handy in the elections.

    - And what good is the state from the fact that grandmothers are useful to someone in the elections? If only a politician associates himself with the state, it seems good to me, then it is good for the state. I had such a programmer at my last job, Ruslan. He always first of all did what grandmothers from accounting asked, whom life forced to transfer from large footcloths-reports to a computer. And only then he was engaged in business tasks.

    - And how, did it exist successfully?

“Why did it exist?” He is doing fine now. Grandmothers love him, every day they drag cakes, cakes, lard, sausage, etc. from the house to drink tea with Rusla. He is glad.

    - And how much does it get?

    “Twice less than you.”

“What is he pleased with then?” Why doesn’t he try to raise his salary?

    - But as? Grandmothers are pleased with his work, not the director. And grandmothers cannot raise the salary. And the director will not - does not know why. I got a salary, I gave a bonus when I worked there, because I solved his tasks.

    - Changed the system?

    - Replaced, rather. Very quickly he transferred the entire plant to a new solution, instead of the previous one, outdated. And Russia now helps grandmothers to understand its wisdom.

    - Okay, distracted again. So how, in the end, is it right to build and change systems?

    - Build a system configured for the goal, but take into account reality.

    - Wow, short and clear. Pretty boy. Petrova suggest this approach?

“I don't see the point.” Let her try and fail herself. Will be the third loser, crashed on inventory control.

    - You are angry. No, to help a poor woman.

“Why do I need this?” Get a bonus, which is enough for a couple of new pants?

    - Galina said that this is the project of the year. Surely the reward will be impressive if success is achieved.

    - Petrova - yes, an impressive reward will be. They will add money and expand their powers, and they will consider it a great restorer of order - better than Nikiforova and Voronin. Generally out of competition will be among managers. Moreover, it brings order to the system, which is beyond its competencies and subordination. This is almost a consulting project. Imagine what a beautiful line in the resume will be - a successful experience in optimizing various business processes of the company, in accordance with the goals of the business. With such experience, you can try on the CEO. Well, at worst, to the development director. Thanks to me and a couple of new pants.

    - Yeah ... You’ve painted everything so that all managers without exception should fight for the management of this project. Why are there managers - in general, all employees who are able to connect two words. Why then only Petrova volunteered?

    - Only Petrova saw that this project is an opportunity. The rest see duty, hemorrhoids, swamp, an insoluble task. Therefore, they are not taken.

    - Not only Petrova, you also saw an opportunity. Now I saw. But we don’t take it either, we don’t offer our candidacy for the role of project manager. Why?

“Hm, good question.” Maybe because you and I are strong only with a backward thought? I was at a meeting, but it didn’t occur to me that we had an amazing opportunity. I was only thinking about the difficulties and tasks that we will have to solve in this project. And then, in a calm atmosphere, it’s like you and I famously painted everything and put it on the shelves. True, from this ...

    - Yes, you and I are masters of missed opportunities. Like everyone else except Petrova. Well done Petrova, damn it. Eh ...

    - Okay, not noah, we moved home early, I do not want to stand in traffic jams again. We will tolerate two days, and the New Year, and there we will figure it out, after the holidays.

    - What will we deal with? Damn, why did we talk about this ... There was a normal mood in the morning, but now I don’t want to live right ...

    - The morning is wiser than the evening, Stas. Let's see you tomorrow. In the morning we don’t remember what kind of boots we are with.

    - Okay, come on, see you tomorrow.
