The super soldier Duqu does dirty work and self-destructs!
An interesting instance was found recently by our analysts, he was immediately dubbed the second Stuxnet.
W32.Duqu is a new superworm that can quietly spy-gather information it needs from an infected computer:
• files, incl. on removable media
• screenshots
• logs from the keyboard
• list of running processes
• user account information
• names of open windows
• network information
• domain information
• disk names
• and others.
transfer it where necessary ... and self-destruct in 36 days.
What is not a super soldier?
PS: tech. details can be read here and here (in English) and in the postfrom marks (in Khabrovsky)
