Khan Academy, a nonprofit organization, has begun publishing micro lectures on the Python programming language for beginners. The first lesson is about writing a simple factorial calculator using a loop.
PS Khan Academy specializes in mass education. Since 2006, its founder, Salman Khan, has recorded over 2,300 micro lectures in science and mathematics. As of June 2011, the Khan Academy YouTube channel recorded about 64 million views.
