Work with commercial tenders in the field of IT

Some time ago I already wrote on a habr about startup Erumpo . The site provides IT service providers with information on all tenders and procurements available on the Russian market today, aggregating this data from more than 80 state and commercial sites (among them - zakupki.gov.ru, sberbank-ast, roseltorg, b2b-energo, telecom company , banking sector, etc.).

In about a year, Erumpo managed to process more than 800 thousand tenders. Every day, the service aggregates up to 200 tenders in the field of IT.

Technical side of the service (briefly)

• A java parser is used, which collects information from more than 80 tender sites, through xml. All this miracle goes to the preliminary database. :)
• A neural network is turned on, which analyzes the database and leaves only IT tenders.
• The cleaned base is imported at Erumpo.

We currently have 535 active IT service providers.

Differences from regular tender sites

• Aggregation of tenders related to IT only.
• Providing a system of standard projects in which your supplier company can participate (sale, production, provision of services). You indicate “typical” data, and a potential customer can already “estimate” the options for working with you or another supplier, even before the tender.
• Analysis of applications of service providers, on the basis of which the customer receives statistical data, such as: types of ongoing projects, conditions, cost, terms, etc.
