On Habré many Russian systems of electronic payments with a different range of services are already presented. Today we will talk about one possibility of the Ukrainian payment system EasyPay , designed to simplify the life of car enthusiasts. Since the list of opportunities and recipient companies is quite wide and is constantly updated, we will gradually talk about the most relevant services for Ukrainian customers.
Probably most motorists have already had to deal with the traffic police fines “in a new way”. As a rule, after familiarizing themselves with this procedure, even the most law-abiding and principled drivers try to "negotiate" with the inspector on the spot to avoid further subordination to the bureaucratic machine.
Who doesn’t know, everything happens like this: after the “administrative detention” the traffic violator receives a protocol and a decision to pay a fine (but there are no details in it). As a result, you go to the bank (preferably to Sberbank - or another “social” one - because not all banks have details for paying fines, so you will be sent for details tothe state treasury or traffic police at your place of registration online) , and then back to the traffic police, where, after standing in line, you note the fact of payment of the fine. It is important that the time for all these operations is 15 days, after which the amount of the fine is doubled. But it’s not at all a fact that in these two weeks you will find time for all of the above actions.
However, we offer our own option of circumventing the bureaucratic machine by spending a few minutes on the website:
1. Go to the “Banking operations” section and select the “GAI fines” item
2. Choose the region and state treasury that correspond to the locality or your registration area. According to your choice, we will automatically determine the details for the transfer of funds.
3. Enter your data: series, number and date of the decision, the amount of the fine, full name, number of your car and your address to which the original of the payment order will be sent (it may be necessary during the next inspection to confirm payment).
4. Pay with a credit card or wallet if you are registered.
In addition, for residents of Kiev there is already the possibility of automatically fixing the payment of a fine in the traffic police, that is, you do not need to go anywhere with a receipt.
You can pay the fine with a bank card, or using the nowadays “virtual” wallet, which is replenished without commission in the EasyPay self-service terminal network .
To date, the country does not have a unified base of fines, so unfortunately it is impossible to check which fines are “suspended” by the license plate number of a car. In each regional administration, everything is separately contributed and withdrawn. We will wait for informatization ...
