On the problem of competition №3:
I tried to pick up the task more complicated and interesting tasks №1 competition , but technically simpler than the problem of competition №2. This task will require more ingenuity than programming techniques. The process of solving the problem, for me at least, was extremely exciting. It is very interesting how the task breaks up simpler subtasks, which can be reduced to universal ones, and then the whole task looks completely different than it seemed at the initial stages. When solving, I experienced several outbreaks of “eureka”;) I hope that solving the problem will give you no less pleasure!
The sponsor of this competition is Stock Technologies , the developer of SAT software, which is used to create, test and operate trading robots for Quik, SmartCOM and Plaza-2.

The source data for the task is the file attached to the text of the task. For the third contest, the file will be binary.
You can solve the problem in any convenient programming language.
The result of solving the problem is a file whose contents are, with a certain degree of accuracy, the correct answer. The answer option is the right decision for a certain share (from 0 to 100%). The source code of the decision algorithm is not required from the participant.
The competition is considered completed after the announcement of the completion of the competition, after which the answers will not be accepted. The completion of the competition will be announced a week after its start. Processing of answers will be made once a day. The results of the competition (list of participants who sent the right decision) and the winner will be announced within one day from the end of the competition.
The competition provides for a cash prize to the winner in the amount of 2500 rubles, in addition, a cash prize for the maximum number of solved competitive problems in the amount of 5000 rubles is provided. The result will be calculated based on the results of 10 competitions.

Anyone can take part in the competition.
Special registration for the competition is not required. Confirmation of participation in the competition is the answer option in the appendix to the letter to the email address konkurs@ttools.ru. Important: send the response file not in the archive, the file name must match your email address and have the extension .dat. Responses will be processed automatically and other letters to this address will be ignored.
Each participant can make up to three attempts. The best of the first three decisions will be counted.
