Why am I doing this? I think that slowly the audience is being prepared for the idea that, since Telegram is almost not interesting to anyone, then it’s not ordinary, ordinary people, but some renegades who are engaged in its protection. According to VTsIOM, 78% of Russians go to the network with one or another frequency. Most of them (65%) heard about the court’s decision to block Telegram in Russia, and 21% monitored the events surrounding the messenger.
