"Mom, he counted you too," or to whom and what is needed
According to RIA Novosti, VTsIOM conducted another poll, which showed a noticeable lack of interest on the part of Russians in the fate of the Telegram messenger.
Why am I doing this? I think that slowly the audience is being prepared for the idea that, since Telegram is almost not interesting to anyone, then it’s not ordinary, ordinary people, but some renegades who are engaged in its protection. And if so, the ILV is rather right in protecting ordinary citizens from the actions of “those who are against us.” Moreover, mind you, the question of the legitimacy or even the adequacy of the ILV in principle was not asked.

In polls, a lot of nuances decide, but we see the results in the above quote. I could not find links to the source data of the survey on the VTsIOM website, so it is difficult to talk about the representativeness of the sample (but it seems that the survey is not doing well with this characteristic).
I am personally curious: will far-reaching conclusions be drawn on such polls in the future. We will see!

According to VTsIOM, 78% of Russians go to the network with one or another frequency. Most of them (65%) heard about the court’s decision to block Telegram in Russia, and 21% monitored the events surrounding the messenger.
At the same time, for 64% of the users surveyed, the issue of accessibility to Telegram is not important (including for 43% it is absolutely not important). 24% of respondents consider the ability to communicate via messenger to be relevant, and this proportion is significantly higher among 18-24-year-olds - 45%.

The All-Russian VTsIOM-Sputnik survey was conducted from April 14 to 15 among two thousand respondents over 18 years of age. The survey method is a telephone interview , the statistical error does not exceed 2.2%.
