More likely no than yes ... / google vs google.ua

I’m not very interested in google in Ukraine, I just use their services and I like them.

I don’t know what made me “google” about google.ua, but in the open spaces of the hub I came across two articles:
1. Google sued the domain Google.ua! - a post dated March 30, 2009 which states that “by a court decision of February 3, 2009”.

After that, GOU OGLE apparently appealed.

2. The domain Google.ua will be deleted - a post dated July 9, 2010, which indicates that the court ordered the Hostmaster LLC to cancel the delegation of the domain name in favor of the GOU OGLE LLC.

And interestingly, domen.ua redirects to intellect.ua which, according to the company's website, is engaged in the “Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Ukraine”.

Oh well…
