Skype does not work

Already 15 minutes Skype is not connected. At first I could make a call, but the Skype icon was spinning, as if reconnecting. Now completely fallen. I put X, vnc and skype on the server (yes, I’m such a junkie) - it also doesn’t work, writes P2P connection error.
