Webmoney continues to tighten the nuts. Now bank cards

Those who use the services of withdrawing WebMoney to their bank card through certified exchange points need to know that from December 7 they will not be able to conclude if the bank card is not linked in the system.
Verification is carried out for holders of formal (or higher) certificates with a registered bank card, as well as for holders of formal (or higher) certificates with an unnamed bank card of bank cards of international payment systems VISA and MasterCard.
