Benefits for IT
On Friday, the State Duma adopted a very important bill for IT companies to introduce a preferential 14% insurance payment rate to off-budget funds for organizations operating in the field of information technology, whose staff is at least 50 people and the share of income from the sale of IT products (services) not less than 90%.
According to the text of the bill, such an organization is recognized as “Russian organizations engaged in the development and implementation of computer programs, databases on a physical medium or in electronic form via communication channels, regardless of the type of agreement and (or) providing services (performing work) for the development, adaptation, modification computer programs, databases (software and information products of computer technology), installation, testing and maintenance of computer programs, databases. ”
However, to get into the circle of beneficiaries, it is not enough to meet this definition. It is also necessary to obtain state accreditation.
How to get state accreditation
Such accreditation is carried out by the Federal Agency for Information Technology. The IT organization that provided the documents in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On State Accreditation of Organizations Operating in the Field of Information Technologies” can enter its register . The list of documents includes an application for state accreditation, a certificate confirming the implementation of activities in the field of information technology, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and copies of constituent documents.
The Decree itself proposes to provide documents directly by the representative of the organization, or by registered mail. However, this service is available.and in electronic form. What is nice, application templates and certificates, as well as their samples are available for download. After submitting a full package of documents, the decision of Rosinformtechnology should be made within 30 business days.
For what they can refuse accreditation They can
refuse in three cases: if the organization did not submit all the documents, if the documents are incorrectly filled in, or if the data specified in the certificate of the organization’s activities do not correspond to reality. Probably, these Rosinformtekhnologii data are checked more than a month.
If the Federal Agency for Information Technologies denied accreditation, an IT company can re-submit documents, eliminating the reason for which it was denied.
What is interesting, according to the Decree, in relation to an already accredited organization, a check can be made for compliance with the actual activities.
