Shortlist of 125 contenders for victory announced at biennale of creative YouTube Play video

Of 23,000 entries from 91 countries submitted to participate in the YouTube Play. Creative Video Biennale ”Guggenheim Foundation representatives selected 125 videos. All of them are available on the project channel. Now the expert jury, which includes well-known representatives of the world of art, design, cinema and entertainment, has to choose up to 20 of the best works.
Among the applicants are YouTube Play. Creative Video Biennale ”- videos shot by students, artists, photographers, directors, composers, creators of video games and representatives of other professions. Among them - the US chess champion , a comedy improvisation troupe , a hip-hop group from South Africaand an Australian electronic music producer .

jury believes that the 20 best works will be presented at a special YouTube Play event on October 21 at the Guggenheim Museum in New York. On October 22-24, the Tower 2 Museum Gallery will host an open display of the works of the winners of the Biennale.
