The sad experience of paying through QIWI

I apologize for the snot, but I want to warn others from such experiments. I have been using terminals for a long time to replenish my mobile balance, pay for Internet access, pay for hosting, etc. One of the frequent payments is Yandex.Money. The post refers to the actual intermediaries in payment, rather than paid services.

Urgent, as usual, it was necessary to replenish the account in Yakoshelke. Cards in my area are either scrap for the price, or there are none at all ... there is no choice, I go to the terminal to pay the bill. This misunderstanding happened at 8 p.m., the day before yesterday, on September 6. The promised commission was supposed to be 3% of the payment amount, and the payment was due in time up to 24 hours ... no matter how! But first things first.

He began to worry exactly one day later. I called the support service and sadly found out that technical problems and money would be credited to the terminal after checking by the support service, which should contact me on the mobile phone indicated on the check (it is entered when paying through the terminal, along with the Yakoshelka number). The waiting period is 1-2 days. But they assured that the money has not gone anywhere, everything will be fine.

It was embarrassing that they had all the payment data, they could check the check ... what then were the problems with the terminal? I’m calling today, September 8th, to clarify. After listening to the story again, they transfer me to the support service. A story with almost identical text goes to the support operator. I am recommended to register on the terminal operator’s website, actually QIWI, in order to create my own QIWI wallet, on which my money already lies. Do not be fooled, the money is really there. Only the commission for withdrawing money to Yakoshelok is embarrassing - 5%, against the promised ones - 3%. And I myself need to calculate the amount of payment - 4761 p. 91 kopecks - to get exactly 5,000 rubles with interest.

Well, okay, the money has been sent, I'm waiting. I am updating the report page where you can track the payment - the system asks for a password. I enter the login and password - an error, I repeat - an error ... and so on. 5. The password has arrived in SMS after registration, there can be no error, the caps are turned off, the layout is correct. I call in support, I tell everything from the beginning to the operator, then to the support operator. As a result, the answer is one - "You are not entering the username or password correctly, try to recover the password." Tried to explain that I’m not a ram - it didn’t work out. Still, I try the password recovery procedure, the system nicely informed that I already requested the password today ... will not work.

Then he decided to call at least someone from his superiors - it didn’t work out, only a support letter can be sent ... During the last conversation, it turned out that the payment should be expected from 2 to 24 hours more ... mdy ...

Money is still on the way, and I wanted it so quickly. I made a simple conclusion for myself - I will buy Yadeneg cards (there’s a good thing without a markup), I will pay everything from Yakoshelka without interest, I won’t go to any terminal anymore.

UPD: Payment came, but again incomprehensible - 4,714 rubles. 29 kopecks instead of the promised 4761 rubles. 91 kopecks How strange it all is.

UPD: “Attention: when replenishing an account through QIWI terminals and payment system, as well as through OSMP terminals and dealers, the Yandex.Money system charges an additional commission of 1%.” There is not a word about this in the terminal.
