Orange sound

It's no secret that choosing a stereo system for a desktop computer is a serious matter. Many approach it with great responsibility, because you need to choose the size, color, convenient volume control, playback quality and many more parameters.

Today I want to tell and show a rather interesting model of columns 2.1. I think it will appeal to those who like bright colors in design and good quality in sound.
    Meet me.

Model Defender Avante X35. As usual, first a little dry information about the technical specifications.

And now let's move on to the senses, so to speak.

    Design and execution

The speakers and the subwoofer are made of solid wood, the front panel is glossy (varnished), the rest are matte and rough. The speakers are framed by orange plastic, which will bring bright notes to any desktop design. The height of the speakers is small, but more than standard, so you need to carefully take measurements of the place where you want to put them.

They create an interesting composition and look good with many computer accessories in black glossy color.

The speakers are connected to the subwoofer using an RCA jack and the same jacks have a wire with a 3.5mm jack, which is already inserted into the computer.

And the subwoofer itself looks almost the same as the speakers, but a little bigger.

Separately, I want to note the wired remote control. It is also made in black and orange style, permanently attached to the subwoofer and has several important functions.
Firstly, this is a mute button, which is useful if you need to urgently turn off the music, if, for example, they ring. Secondly - volume control. And thirdly, a 3.5mm jack into which you can connect headphones. The length of the wire is about 1 meter, so that the regulator can be brought to the table, and a subwoofer placed under the table.

There are rubber stickers on the bottom of the columns so that they do not slip on the surface.

Of course, the most important thing in any column is the sound, and I’ll tell you about it.
In general, the sound is very good, and loud and loud, so to speak. At maximum volume, noises appear, especially where powerful bass is played. So, to scare a bunch of people under the window with Rammstein's high-quality sound will not work, but there will be enough volume.

The sound is quite clear, at least in an apartment in standard conditions it sounds very good, and naturally, better than the default small speakers. The sub at a high volume hammers so that on the table everything bounces and you yourself begin to vibrate. So, the bass level. But…

The subwoofer is powerful, but it has one drawback, and quite substantial. On the subwoofer, you can’t change the bass level, that is, if you listen not from the computer, where the bass can be adjusted in the player, but through the TV or portable player, problems can arise. Bass is reduced only if the sound is reduced through the control panel. At the back of the subwoofer there are only 2 wires: power and remote control, as well as a button for completely turning off the entire system.

This Avante X35 kit costs around 2000 rubles, which is quite inexpensive for the 2.1 system. In their price range, the design of these speakers is one of the most interesting, and not everyone has a remote control.

    + Design
    + Remote control
    + Sound quality

    - Non-standard sizes
    - Lack of bass control

To summarize, I want to say that in general this system is made for 4+, beautiful, interesting, bright. Sound level at height. Yes, there are cons, they are frustrating, but they do not spoil the impression. And the price, to put it mildly, pleases. So, if there are bright accents in the table design, or vice versa, you want to bring them in, and even enjoy good sound, then this model is what you need. And the remote control pleases, especially the mute button.
