Mono Tools 2 for Visual Studio Released
Miguel De Icaza in his blog announced the release of a new version of development tools for the Mono platform for Visual Studio .
MonoTools for Visual Studio allows you to create Mono applications using Visual Studio, debug them on the local Windows machine or remote Linux and MacOS machines, and create packages for deployment on Linux.
The new version of MonoTools 2 has the following changes:
- Added support for the new soft debugger ;
- increased speed of transferring applications to the deployment system;
- Added support for Visual Studio 2010 ;
- fixed bugs and other improvements.
