Steve Jobs: going to patent pool to run into Theora

“All video codecs are protected by patents. The patent pool is currently being collected to take Theora and other “open source” codecs for one place ( Note the quotation marks ). What do you think about this,% username%?
By the way, Jobs sometimes responds to emails that can be sent to him at: sjobs@apple.com
Here you can read the original question and answer Jobs.
Update I am not at all against Steve Jobs or Theora, the translation is as close as possible to the original (if you think you can improve, speak out in the comments).
Update 2 I want to transfer Intellectual Property to the blog, but there is not enough karma. Thanks! Moved.
