To the question of Dynamic CSS . I'll tell you a story.
Vasya and Petya once noticed that their new bicycles are not as cool as they recently thought: when you go uphill, you have to spend a lot of energy, and sometimes even get off the bike and take it yourself. The guys were thoughtful, because they were not trembling users, but skillful developers.
Vasya with honor came out of the situation. He attached a winch to the bicycle. Now all he had to do was to ascend quickly, fasten the cable, go down and go for pleasure (unless, of course, he forgot to charge the battery).
Petya was not so inventive. He didn’t attach anything. But he also achieved his goal (with a sin in half, a miserable loser and a retrograde). After reading the User Guide (these are the depths of shame that a wicked man has fallen to), he learned to use the Gearbox.
