Russification of Windows 7 Professional

Inside this directory should be lp.cab. Next, run regedit and open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / Control / MUI / UILanguages . Remove en-US and restart the system. Voila!
