Internet Explorer 8 - disabling the "New tab page"

In Internet Explorer 8, when you open a new tab, a page opens that says "What do you want to do next?" - I don’t really like it, and I don’t see any usefulness from it, moreover, JavaScript errors started to fall out on it (most likely due to the fact that it launched earlier versions of browsers under Xenocode ).
So, it’s enough to simply turn off this page - for this you need to go to the Tools-> Internet Explorer settings , there on the General tab we find the Tabs section and click Settings , in the new window we see DropDown " When a new tab is opened, open ", well, select A blank page , do not forget to save.
