Have I been banned from ICQ?

For the third day now I can’t log into ICQ under my login. I tried many versions of clients, including official ones, including Jimm. Tried under different providers, does not work. It happens that once a day it comes in, but does not download the contact list. All clients fall out simply with a “server error”. At the same time, another account works, ICQ also works with friends. Maybe my password was stolen? Then how to change it? I have the soap assigned to my account.

PS I’ve prepared to kill my karma, but colleagues from higher organizations can be reached only via ICQ.
