Cartoon about Quality Management

Found a nice cartoon about IBM Rational Quality Manager (under habrakat). However, the cartoon is not specific to this particular tool, everything told and shown with equal success can be applied to any other testing management tool. The cartoon is not technical, you can show it to the authorities in order to explain what kind of tools these are and why they are needed.
