Good day, dear hub users.
We argued with one habruiser about what is the criterion for a post to go to the main page. I argue that the only criterion is the number of pluses per topic, moreover, this number is not constant, but is calculated using a certain formula. My opponent - that there is some mysterious editor that displays the topics you like on the main page. In my opinion, this statement is simply absurd, because contrary to the concept of a self-organizing community, which Habrahabr is. Moderation should be done by the community.
