Communication problems between jabber.ru and google talk?

This morning, I discovered that in the roster of the account on jabber.ru, an account from Google, which were obviously online, is not visible (in the contact lists of accounts on other servers, for example). Messages jabber.ru -> gtalk come, nothing comes in the opposite direction (I looked at the xml-log in the Miranda) (in psi - the same thing). Judging by the jabber.ru support channel, I’m not the first one today, but there they redirect to support of the gtolka . Communication from other servers is normal. (However, there are reports that some jabber.ru users have everything the way).

Who is to blame for all this and who can offer what recipes?

I understand that jabber is a distributed network, yes, you can use other servers, yes, I use them, but I don’t understand how such a situation can happen.
