New Cities in MyClime

Dear, my MyClime project continues to develop. If you missed my announcement about this project, it's here .
Added cities:

1. Rostov-on-Don, Russia
2. Yekaterinburg, Russia
3. Kazan, Russia
4. Samara, Russia
5. Novosibirsk, Russia
6. Helsinki, Finland
7. Minsk, Belarus (how is this possible at all http://mycli.me/summary.html?loc=21 о_О)
8. Kiev, Ukraine
9. Odessa, Ukraine

Two new forecast sources have been added:

1. Foreca (http://www.foreca.com/) - a very accurate forecast gives, for the United States in general it’s even better than the BBC
2. Pogoda.by (http://pogoda.by/) - it would be better not to add

Data on these cities and sources began to be collected only a week ago, so the monthly schedules are not yet complete, but the rating should already mean something.
Cities will not be added yet - I will be engaged in the analysis of clouds, precipitation and wind.

Upd: The ratings for Minsk and Helsinki are now showing incorrect, as well as the forecast from Intellicast. I’ll reload the data in the evening, but so far you can use the rest of the forecasts.
